Troop 303 New & Updates (5/12/10)

Announcements:

1. The idea of meeting on Monday Nights during the Summer Months is being discussed (June and July). If you interested, email Martha Passman .
2. Parent Evaluations. We would like to hear you thoughts. Please complete a troop evaluations attached and return it to the Scoutmaster.
3. Thanks to Kathy Barber for coordinating our Troop participating in FBLA Day of Merit on May 8.
4. Please remember Davis in your prayers.
5. June 1 at 6:30pm: Parent meeting & Troop Committee Meeting at Scout Hut (Dad’s, we need you to volunteer to lead an outing next year.)
   

Troop 303 Calendar for 2010

• Sunday, May 16 2010 9:30 am 9:15am - 3pm

The Georgia Orienteering Club is having an event on May 16th at Dukes Creek. Beginner instruction begins at 10 am with the course starting at 11 am. Instruction will be lead by volunteers of the club. This will meet all the requirements for the First Class Rank Orienteering requirement.Please bring a sack lunch and we will have a lunch at the park following the course completion.
Fee for this event are $15. $10 for the course, $3 map, $2 gas and travel expenses
